"The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I like the unlimited coffee, tea, and soda fountain they provided in the lobby. The only con is the rooms are small and can only fit one luggage, but I still highly recommend them."

The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and well-designed, the bar and front desk staff were friendly, and they were willing to store 10 (!) bags for several hours before we were able to check in. The showers were amazing, beautiful view of sunrise over Madrid, and a convenient location, about a 12-minute walk from Plaza de España. "
