"Super dog friendly, beautiful lobby living room with fireplace, yummy breakfast. Right in the heart of town. So charming! Will be back!"

Carmel Wayfarer Inn

3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (1009)
"We have stayed at the Wayfarer a few times. Mike, the owner, has been doing some upgrades to the rooms and it is a work on progress. The bed was very comfortable and the room is clean. Maid service came in and cleaned and left fresh towels. This is a no frills inn. The price is great, allowing us to spend more money around town. We appreciate this. We will continue to frequent this cute little Inn and look forward to see the upgraded changes. And Mike, thanks for adding the coffee makers...

Carmel Mission Inn

3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1452)
"Nice place but expensive and that's before the stacking of additional fees for Wi-Fi and pool access (even though when connecting you are told "complimentary Wi-Fi access". I guess I misunderstand the word "complimentary"...) $30 for outdoor self-parking is pretty ridiculous. This is not downtown LA. Glad I didn't have a dog, that's $100 extra even if you're staying just one night. $10.00 Daily Facilities Service Fee includes Wi-Fi, access to our heated swimming pool, hot tub and fitness...

Le Petit Pali at 8th Ave

4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (99)
"Le Petit Pali is absolutely adorable. The aesthetic is perfect. We loved the evening cookies and breakfast in the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was finding a place to park. There is no dedicated parking and if it is a busy weekend, you may have to park a few blocks away. However, that small issue would not deter us from returning. We will definitely be back! "
