"Initially I had got a reservation at motel 6, since they had deals on rooms. Let’s just say, I’m glad I cancelled my reservation and swapped over to Carlsbad by the sea hotel! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and for the most part it was very quiet. To say the least, we had a good experience. "

"Pro: It was convenient to have a kitchenette in our room so that we weren’t required to eat out for every meal. The room was spacious as well. Con: sugar ants in the shower. No dish soap or scrubbers in the kitchen. Overall happy with our stay!"
