"The rooms and facilities are really nice. Everyone on staff is very kind. I enjoyed the beach, the pool and the food. The days were very peaceful. My biggest issue was the noise level in the late afternoons and evenings. I had a “garden view” room, between the noise from the restaurants, live music from the main lobby carrying, classes at the pool, private parties at the beach and in the ballrooms there was a lot of noise and music blasting every night. It was annoying to have to move rooms the day after we arrived, but staff moved our packed luggage for us (with our permission) while we were out exploring to keep it easy. Loved snorkeling in the water right off the hotel. We felt the pool closed early (at 9 pm), and would have liked to use the hot tub later!"

"Very interesting experience. Colorful buildings. An old ice cream factory turned hotel/hostel/residence. Pool on property and parking usually available. I didn't get the breakfast package but it was mediocre. $22 or so a person. Worth it just to try but it's best to venture out. The pool was nice. No hot tub. The staff were nice and informative. Also no really hot water, just tolerable enough to take a warm shower with open stall style. Yes, water will get on the floor even if you're careful....

"Great place! Had 2 bedroom bungalow with another couple and felt plenty of space and privacy. Pool is very clean and good size with lovely patio. No dish soap, no hand soap, only a shampoo/body wash gel in the shower. All towels provided for bath and kitchen. Free shuttle every morning to nice large supermarket for food and supplies. "
