"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"The views were wonderful. Short walk to the beach and a reef close by. Pools and hot tub were in wonderful shape and always clean. Staff was so nice. Simone’s restaurant and gelato place was reasonable and right on property. Walking distance to Turtle Cove restaurants. Our room was clean but lacked some items that would have been nice like a blender. It had one pan which was being used to catch a drip under the sink!!!! "Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. "

"This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back."

"Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again "

"Nice location, thoughtful owner, comfortable property. Owner very willing to go the extra mile and even brought us yoga mats on request! YouWIL need a car to access main town in the iskand and further beaches and restaurants, though there are several nice restaurants and bars in walking distance of the place. Would gladly return. Be warned, though; island prices astronomical, especially for food."

Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door.
