"Friendly staff, clean rooms"

"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"I am completely disappointed. First of all the hotel has other name totally different, we stayed around 20 minutes by car, on the same street to try to find the hotel. They say there is air conditioned, but it is not, there is a machine that makes to many noise and keep the room warm (it was 35degrees, or maybe more) ! We couldn't sleep at all ! It says meals included. There was no bathroom carpet, I had to go ask 3 times to get one really old one. There was no toilet paper also, I had to go to...
