"Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days. Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side. They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !"

"A localização é perfeita , porém o imóvel precisa de uma serie de manutenções . as portas que dão acesso a varanda não trancam , a descarga do vaso sanitário da suite 3 não tem pressão suficiente . e tivemos o azar de ter vizinhos de cima extremamente barulhentos"

"Experiência muito boa, apesar de irmos em casal o apartamento super acomoda uma familia. Saunas, piscina aquecida foi o diferencial para dias nublados. "

"This is the best property to rent. We were so close to the beach and the staff are so friendly and helpful!! The beach was amazing and the playground for the little ones was awesome! The location is great you are walking distance to great restaurants! The house came with a housekeeper who was the most amazing cook and so friendly!! We will be coming back!!"

"A casa é muito bem equipada, estavamos em 8 adultos e 2 crianças, todos ficamos muito bem acomodados. Condomínio seguro, na portaria existe uma maquina de gelo cortesia. A piscina mesmo não sendo grande, garante a diversão das crianças ou o relaxamento dos adultos. A garagem é pequena mas coube dois carros do tipo suv. A localização da casa é bem pro final do condomínio, então é necessário caminhar um pouco dentro do condomínio para chegar até a praia, uns 500 metros. Passamos dias agradaveis."

"Apartamento no geral é bom, porém alguns pontos não me agradaram, como a limpeza ( tinha uns bichos na parede quando cheguei ), o fogão não é muito bom, e as camas são péssimas …. porém o apartamento fica de frente pra praia, a vista da sacada é bonita. "

great hotel in a great neighborhood

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"

Fantastic couple's stay at Wyndham Paulista Avenue

"We enjoyed friendliness from all staff members. The room was clean, the shower had great hot water flow and the wifi connection was flawless. Breakfast was good but some juices were too watered down. The swimming pool was located in a nice area and the bar terrace was lovely to chill at. "

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "
