"I am completely disappointed. First of all the hotel has other name totally different, we stayed around 20 minutes by car, on the same street to try to find the hotel. They say there is air conditioned, but it is not, there is a machine that makes to many noise and keep the room warm (it was 35degrees, or maybe more) ! We couldn't sleep at all ! "Amamos ficar na Pousada Paradise, um verdadeiro paraíso! A pousada é linda, o staff do check-in é super educado e cordial. Tem uma piscina super gostosa com piscina infantil. O café da manhã é completíssimo e muito farto. Fica pertinho da praia do Indaiá, que é ótima pra crianças. A pousada tem uma equipe de recreação muito animada, meu filho amou brincar com os tios. Apon checking in our room had bugs on the bed and then when we killed them we were woken up to more bugs crawling on us. We called the front desk a man came up in the middle of the night and said its fine they are just termites and felt after promising us that we can change rooms the next day. "Pessoal não reservem nesta pousada. Chegamos no local e esta desativada, além disso os telefones disponíveis para falar com os responsáveis pela pousada estão desativados ou não existem. Felizmente o hotéis.com no dia seguinte me direcionou para outra pousada e reembolsou o dia que perdemos, apesar de ser mais longe é ótima. Se chama pousada Papaya, lugar incrível, limpeza muito boa e café da manhã show de bola, sem dizer que os funcionários do local são super simpáticos. Super indico pousada...
