"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. "I left before because were complety bad. Stay in the hotel 12 ours. -No ar conditionary. Did not worked. -Dirty - the windiw with out glass, - when I arrived my car were parked in side, but in the morning the car were in the street. -No shower wit hit water - the bath room smell too bad. - on the bad a lot of powder. I would like to have my money back."

"The hotel is right across the street from the beach and carnival which is nice. Apon checking in our room had bugs on the bed and then when we killed them we were woken up to more bugs crawling on us. We called the front desk a man came up in the middle of the night and said its fine they are just termites and felt after promising us that we can change rooms the next day. We did not end up changing rooms they sent up a maid to clean the room and all she did was sweep and mop the floor. The...

The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels.
