"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. "I am completely disappointed. First of all the hotel has other name totally different, we stayed around 20 minutes by car, on the same street to try to find the hotel. They say there is air conditioned, but it is not, there is a machine that makes to many noise and keep the room warm (it was 35degrees, or maybe more) ! We couldn't sleep at all !
