"Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long"

They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. "Nossa estadia foi boa, os funcionários muito solícitos. Melhor café da manhã que vi nos últimos anos em hotel desta categoria. Produtos extras no hotel são caros. Manutenção do hotel não estava perfeita mas atendeu o que precisávamos. A área da piscina alegrou a galera, mas precisava de mais higienização. Recomendo."

"The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by. "
