"The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant"

"I love this hotel my favourite place to stay in São Paulo . The staff are extremely helpful , and friendly . It has a boutique hotel vibe. Whilst it might only be 4 stars , the finishes in the hotel are top quality . The interiors reflect a high end hotel . Always enjoy my stay here , thanks again . "

"Aside from the beginning and end of our experience, It was a pleasant stay and well located. Check-in (George) wasn’t welcoming at all. He did his job in accommodating us yet made us feel that we had to be pleasant to him apposed to us having a welcoming experience. Valet service was good, yet their “system” was quite disappointing. We valeted our car for the night, yet when we checked out, they charged us for an extra day because our car was there past 11am. This didn’t make any sense...
