Unfortunately one neighbor had a party the first Saturday we were there and the other neighbor had a party the next Saturday. They did not adhere to the 10pm curfew. "This cute property is a gem just a Stonesthrow from downtown Palm Springs. It’s a quiet oasis with a very nice heated swimming pool and our unit even had a private hot tub in the back yard. The entire apartment was great, top-notch with a highly functional, well outfitted kitchen. The bedroom was very nice with a super comfortable bed, lots of towels, and plenty of hot water.My wife and I were super happy with the stylish digs and would hardly recommend this place. "We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. None of the items missing were a huge deal, but would have been nice to have. Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and...
