"Super beautiful property at the top of Laurel Canyon. Wonderful host in a perfectly sized apartment in the back of a home. I am consistently in the Los Angeles area and this central location is perfect for my needs. I believe the host, Stephen, is very intuitive in the needs of his guests. I did worry that my ins and outs being at early morning and late night, at times may have been inconvenient to my host but am grateful for the stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Also very quiet and comfortable. Only problem for us was that the refrigerator is very small. "

"Property itself is great, though lots of stairs to each level, the view from the terrace makes it worth it. Area lacks on restaurants open late for visitors used to later nights but had no issues safely walking around all times of the day."

"Easy check in. Cool little pad with off street parking. Communication was easy and constant with the manager. Comfy beds, the rooms are well lit and the front porch had a surprise partial view of the Hollywood sign. very close to good eats and shopping. We will be back for sure. "

"When we arrived the key was not in lockbox - the door was unlocked- key on counter- no toilet paper in the front bathroom- the downstairs bed not made DIRTY - hair all over it- no detergent- half drank juice in fridge- filthy, roach in the drawer in kitchen, smoke detector covered with red plastic, floors filthy- trash overflowing! The garage was supposed to be available for us- was locked. Medicine left in cabinets- absolutely no cooking utensils.when we went to bed, we pulled back the sheets...

"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Hollywood townhouse! The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and free parking made it super convenient. The location was prime and close to everything we had planned for the week, and a bonus was being able to see the Hollywood sign from the balcony. No complaints at all—we would definitely stay here again!"

You will need a small vehicle if parking-garage is tight access! Quiet, for a densely populated neighborhood! Easy access to ride share. Property mgr was quick to respond to our questions. "Nice house with many amenities. The fourth bedroom is in a separate backhouse on the property. Some better basic maintenance, like replacing burnt out lightbulbs and the toilets running if not manually stopped, would have made the stay even better. It would have been better to know that the pool and jacuzzi are not heated except by request and with an additional fee charged for a minimum of two days use."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lilly's home, made even better by the fact my son and his fiancée live just four doors away. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood, convenient to stores, highways and neighboring towns. Nicely decorated, it included a thoroughly stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, pots, pans, and appliances. There were games, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. The keyless entry was especially convenient for our group, as it allowed everyone to come...

"Venice Breeze is an older building, but modernized/updated. It was right in the center of everything Venice Beach and a couple mile walk from Santa Monica. If you like the "hippie" or Bohemian culture, you will love this area! Staff was very friendly, and helpful. We did have to park about 8 blocks away to find free parking, or you can pay to park closer. "

"I liked the accessibility to the beach, restaurants and boardwalks. The rooftop view was great! The staff was very friendly! They were prompt to get maintenance when I asked why we didn’t have heat in the room for the first 2 nights and I had 3 cold showers and decided to go to the office about it. The boiler system needs work, for sure. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and there were no towel bars. The elevator was cool! Loved it! I would have loved closer parking, but we managed it. ...
