"It was a nice place to stay, unique and interesting architecture and layout. I will say the listing made it seem as though the pool and jacuzzi are included and yours to use but they are shared and there is a fee to use/heat. The footsteps of the residents above can be easily heard. Overall was a nice stay and clean property with a welcoming bottle of wine."

"House was cozy furniture looks good but couch is getting older could use replacing. Pool not really heated has solar heater, but just too cold to swim except summer. And overall what we excepted and was cozy and charming. Would come back. "

"My best friend, my two small dogs and I stayed at this very lovely home. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and beautiful showers. Loved the tiles selected for the baths and fountain. The front and backyard areas were great for the dogs to stretch their legs, but would have appreciated a gate on the southside of the property to keep my pups in the back area. Did not use the hot tub. Really appreciated having a private, off street, gated place to park my vehicle. The location was perfect for...

"Our family planned a Studio City vacation at this property. Very close to all the Studios. Nice neighborhood. 3 full size bedrooms with connecting bathrooms for each. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen and dinning room. One evening we cooked in for a family meal. Enjoyed the huge TV and hot tub. Very clean. This property is a 10 plus!"

It had a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the nice neighbors, and lots of hiking trails in walking distance. We would highly recommend it. "

"This was a great and easy spot for a quick overnight in Northridge. Easy to find, comfortable bed, and a quiet neighborhood. The parking was the only challenging thing as our car is not compact and the car in the adjoining spot took up more than their share of carport. The fully stocked kitchen and washer and drier would be a bonus if you stayed longer. "
