"Elevator needs repair. Felt like I was in a Roller coaster. Elderly with balance issues may find it very unpleasant. Elevator doors don’t open very well, thought I’d be hitting the emergency button. 1*. Rooms are dated but clean 3*. Staff amazing 5*. Awesome indoor pool and very clean 5*. Breakfast was excellent 5* "

"We always stay here when we r going to the ohsweken race track...staff is very friendly rooms r clean n breakfast is always good...light bulb flickering in bathroom n house keeping knocked twice while restong ...checkout wasnt till 11 n this was after 9 n 10...there should be a radio or some kind of text message to tell them when people have checked out but my bad i didnt put sign on door handel"

"From the time of check-in to check-out, we were treated like Royalty. The staff is amazing, the room had everything that we needed. We stayed in a one bedroom suite (with a kitchen). The breakfast was topnotch and included items that you just don't see at other hotels. The pool was very impressive and the temperative was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and have already talked about going again to stay for another weekend getaway. This hotel is only an hour and twenty minutes from our home and is conveniently located just off of highway 401. Job well done!"

"Don’t know about all the other reviews but my experience with the property and staff was pretty good. Anushtup was over the top for his excellent service and he answered all the questions i had. The bar is fun to watch games and have some good time with local crowd overall a good experience "
