Excellent room, very clean and beautiful. staff was good as well but room was SUPER COLD as soon as we enter. AC was on which is crazy. then we turned to heating mode, it has very old heating n cooling system like 3 in 1. that was the only big issue. nothing else. over all 4 stars. thank you.

Upon check in we could barely understand the person behind the desk. He was pleasant but gave issues because the booking and credit card did not match but still processed the payment. When we went to check out he couldnt find my paperwork. Breakfast should be advertised as pre made breakfast sandwich and some fruit, yogurt and a juice box. Not my idea of breakfast. Over all place was clean and beds were comfortable

The staff were wonderful and friendly. The room was horrible, and in dire need of updating. There were marks in the carpet and on the walls. In terms of overall convenience, it’s a good location. There are several great restaurants nearby and shopping is convenient.
