Staff were friendly and attentive. The floors in the room were a bit of a problem because it was snowing and we kept having to wipe up the water. Otherwise, it was a truly excellent experience. "

"Spacious room, comfortable bed. They have nice decor and friendly staff to welcome you at the lobby. Best part of staying here is the delicious brekfast buffet with lots of options. Eggs, crispy potatoes, usually two meat options like bacon, sausage, bangers or ham...quality fresh fruit! and lots of pastries. One morning they had chocalate cinnamon buns - not really breakfast but way above the typical hotel "breakfast included" offering. The Bruce Restaurant is great for dinner. I'll definitely stay here again."
