Convenient if need to be In downtown. The parking isn't great. Looks untidy in general with some undergoing works. Most likely you will have to park at the uncovered section and you must go outside and across an alley to get into the hotel.

It was easy to find. There was a lot of parking available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside around the hotel there was construction but you could hear absolutely nothing inside. Very satisfied with our stay.

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The inability to control the temperature in the room lead to a stuffy and hot night with four people. There was no hot water in the morning for showers which was unpleasant. The fitness room was quite large and well equipped.

Location was good. The cost for a room for the night was well above average for what we got. Small room with a very small bathroom. We are seniors and had a long drive that day 6 hours and they put on a floor with kids hockey teams, which partied half the night, shouting, drinking, fighting in the halls, and banging on doors. Slept very little and the staff did nothing. Will not stay there again. Don't waste your money.
