"My partner & I stayed here 7 nights in December 2024. We were blown away by how beautiful the resort is and how great the food options were, especially the all inclusive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and always gave a welcome smile. The resort is laid back with a good mixture of families and couples. You can make it as relaxing or as exciting as you prefer. We preferred a more laid back; quiet vacation and we were able to achieve that without issue! We found a great spot near the ocean that had great seating to watch the sunrise in the mornings and great stargazing at night. We also were able to see whales in the ocean during the daytime. The service by the pool at the Blu restaurant was wonderful. Daniel took care of us every day and he was so nice and always had our drinks ready for us. We loved it so much here we became members and will be returning again in April. Our new favorite place!"

"I can't express how accommodating and attentive this staff are at the Paradisus! I was looked after ever so profoundly with my biggest request being moved to the MÉ (sister hotel) because I ended up alone on the trip (unplanned). Yes, they accommodated my request while also providing daily credits. I can't tell you the level of over the top service that Manuel the general manager provided. If you end up staying here, select the Reserve option as the private pool and exclusive restaurant are worth the extra fee! The food is divine otherwise. "
