"This is a value resort. Its good for family with small children, I wouldnt come here if you dont have kids. There is a nice shaded play area and water slides which my kids enjoyed. The dinning reservations for non members are hard to get in, almost impossible, so like you will have buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Unless u sign up to be their member or go to listen for 2h of their presentation then they will treat you like a member for the next few days. I would go listen abt their...

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful as well. The only big negative for me and my family was the off location of the hotel from any beaches around there. There are no beaches around there where you can walk to. You will have to drive to go to any public beaches, therefore, you will require a car. The hotel is at mid point between San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Other than that, good place to stay and there are good eating options around the hotel....

My husband experienced a medical situation and the manager was extremely instrumental in ensuring the care he received was safe and affordable. She even helped arrange transportation and interpreted for him! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful hotel that is probably the best value in San Jose Del Cabo. Doesn't have the amenities of the big resorts, but does have a pool. It is much less expensive than the big resorts, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, walking distance to local restaurants and shops. "

"Great location, within the Art District. Their AI concierge was very communicative in preparing for arrival. The hotel offers perks like complimentary welcome drink and sun hats, surfboards, beach towels for lending. The rooms and property very aesthetically pleasing and calming. Would stay here again. Only downfall is no closet or drawers to unpack but a full length bench can be used as space. "
