"The staff and butlers were very accommodating, friendly, and kind. The room and amenities were top notch, clean, and modern. The food was excellent. The only negatives were the live music by the pools was too loud (not relaxing) and the two hot tubs were not working a couple of the days - only warm at best. This vacation was a real treat over the holidays!"

"Grand Velas was absolutely fabulous! We brought our 3 kids and we were spoiled from day one. Our personal concierge Blair was phenomenal. Friendly, professional and attentive to anything we needed. Typically we avoid all inclusive resorts because we enjoy higher quality dining and drinks - we decided to try Grand Velas based on other great reviews and we are so glad we did! We also have to give a shout out to Isabella who served us by the pool, she was fantastic!"

"We visited the property for 4 days, the restaurant and food options inside the resort were amazing. The staff were wonderful and helpful and accommodating. We had our 9yr old daughter and she had a blast. The lazy river was so much fun and the infinity pool had an amazing view of the ocean where we were able to see whale spouts at a distance. We will definitely be coming back to this resort. "
