"I am perfectly happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is located in the prime area of Burnaby and there is a walkway to Metro Town. Driving into and out of the hotel was easy with clear signage. There are more than enough parking for guests. The room was in good condition, although the staff did not clean it up one day for no good reason. The swimming pool was well heated despite the cold outdoor temperature.
