"The front desk and concierge were great! The room I booked wasn't ready, but they placed me in a similar room. I also received a hotel credit. The concierge reps were great with directionss and greeting guests. In the morning, we went to the restaurant to use the voucher. One of the workers (manager?) was rude. People were lining up and didn't notice the sign. The staff person was like read the sign and follow the arrows in a daah tone. Overall the food was fine and everyone behind the counter were professional, kind, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel location was great and valet parking easy."
