Who knew there were hotels in Gowanas! Only complaint would be the walls were a bit thin. I could hear other rooms to the sides and above.

I asked to have a QUOTE room (far from elevator) since I'm a light sleeper, so they game the room RIGHT BEHIND the elevator and I couldn't sleep that night! cuz the elevator belts and doors were making noise every time it was in use. I changed my room to another one for the second night and it was good. I couldn't turn off the TV in the room, so I had to find the power cord and unplug it so I can sleep. the remote battery was dead. I called the reception (pressing 0 from the hotel's phone) and no one picked it up to help so I called the main number from my cell and finally someone picked it up. I asked for a favor to extend my check out time till 12 and it got rejected! as a silver member, I thought I could have a better experience in general, but....

We picked the hotel because it was within walking distance to the Barclays center. With a 15 minute walk we were there and were also close to different restaurants and subway stations. The whole hotel was very clean and all staff we encountered were very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and new and the bed slept great. We were lucky and found a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel otherwise parking could’ve been a pain. We would definitely come back.

Neighborhood was really loud all through the night outside the room window. Other guests were coming in and out talking loudly throughout the night during quiet hours in the hallways. Asked the front desk twice to have room service refill body lotion but was empty for all 3 days of stay. Other than that the hotel was clean and breakfast was good.
