"Enjoyed the architecture and design. Wonderful lobby large and lively. The room felt large and personally decorated. Very importantly, while we were only on the 4th floor there was silence for sleeping. That is impressive in New York"

"The room was clean and comfortable and in total order upon check in. Did not have to call the desk for towels, soap etc because it was all present in the room when we arrived. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment I have is that the staff needs to do a better job of emptying trash cans in the lobby area when they are full. It is quite an eye sore when you observe a trash can that is full and overflowing with trash in the lobby. "
