"Our house sitter cancelled on us so last min we needed a place that would accept our dogs. Cute small house with several great places to eat in walking distance. Also right on the lake for walks with dogs, or there is also a small fenced in backyard which we loved for our senior dogs. Only a few small complaints, the coffee maker needs a deep cleaning - I went to open it to use and an old pod was still in it - was a turn off. I also didn't notice in pictures none of the beds have headboards, and...

"We loved our stay. The home was perfect for us and our small children. The spacious layout was nice for them to play and we had ample amounts of space to share many memories. The beds were comfy & the towels were soft. I’d recommend this home to anyone but especially families. The couch was amazing!! Every other rental I’ve ever stayed in always had a lousy couch, this one was awesome! "

"We had a fantastic time at this cozy apartment on Lake Ave in Rochester, NY! The place was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a chill visit. The location was perfect—just a quick walk to some excellent restaurants and a convenience store, which made getting around a breeze. We appreciated the owner's responsiveness; they were accommodating, even with our late check-in after 9 PM. Plus, it's pet-friendly, and our two little dogs felt right at home. Definitely recommend this spot...

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"This lakeside spot was such a treat for our family. We had beautiful weather and the kids loved the direct access to the water. With little ones, it was great to have a fenced in yard and enclosed deck that overlooked the water. We really appreciated the yard games, ping pong table, and board games/toys available. The sleeping arrangements were family friendly and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!"
