"Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We haven’t been to this area in 25 years and yet the front desk made me feel comfortable. They have a 24 hour refreshment area. The rooms are clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this to a friend or family. We will be back. "

"Traveled 6 hours up to Rochester for our son’s graduation. Booked this room 8 months prior. 10 minutes to arrival we get a call from the hotel saying they had an issue with the block of rooms on our floor. Not sure what but Jennifer M told us they got us a room in another Marriott hotel a little further away. At first disheartened I was pleasantly surprised that the room was a great alternative. Surprising since it was a graduation weekend for two colleges. So no, I didn’t stay at the Double Tree but Jennifer M deserves to be recognized for her exemplary service. We had a great graduation weekend in Rochester. Double Tree even comped the room. Thanks for saving our weekend for us, "

"Everything was so great even the one time something was forgotten it was made up to us 10 fold. My Hats off to the Manager Emani, her mom Pam Brittany Morgan Larry and the staff that prepared our breakfast with such care. My only regret is with my Baby's graduation we won't be back to the city. A hotel experience with no complaints for a picky person like me is unusual. 5 stars. The staff made the experience great"
