"The apartment was great very clean, I would suggest possibly getting a microwave, there was no way to warm up any leftovers. Could also use some more utensils, (spatula). The neighborhood although nice was a little to urban for our liking, I know marijuana is legal but the smell of it was everywhere, especially from the tenant below in the middle of the night. Lovely place just not for us older folks. Thanks"

"Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. "This renovated warehouse apartment is secure, spacious, neat, cozy, and quiet. A large couch is very comfortable and the king size bed is fantastic. The location is superb in that. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car.
