If traveling as an American, you might find that top flat sheets are not common. We requested one additional one with staff, and they were lovely to work with. Friendly and helpful! "Very welcoming ladies on reception both days of my stay. Breakfast was great and very good variety. Room was very comfortable, warm and well supplied (would have loved a bottle of water though!) Only thing personal to me was there wasn't any healthy dinner options but if I had the time I would have gone elsewhere for dinner. Would definitely stay here again"
