"The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I knew the location was great, but I expected less given its proximity to downtown. Bruce, the host, was accommodating and genuine. The property is beautiful, and the small upstairs apartment is impeccably clean and comfortable. Since it’s an attic space and I’m a bit tall, I had to tilt my head at times, but I didn’t mind—it was peaceful and private."

"Excellent stay in San Simeon. The condo is right on the water. You can hear the waves crashing at night. The place was very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The only complaints we have is having to use a key and a front door that auto locks and not having a code to unlock the door. We locked ourselves out one time. Also we arrived at night and trying to figure out how to get through the doors/garage to the actual unit was confusing. And...

"The property manager was very helpful. Communicated well from beginning to end. The rental property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen. Just bring your own food!! Views are incredible. Lots of wildlife.. sea lions, seals, and sea otters. Lots of birds too!! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Decorating is beachy. Just too many great things to say about this property. We will be back!!!"
