My mom and I stayed here for one night during our trip along the coast. The outside appears as a typical motel, but inside, the rooms are hotel quality! Would highly recommended staying here. Very modern, clean, and safe. Balconies on each room look out into a private courtyard which would be great for kids. Across from the beach, about a 10 min walk down, so if your room is closer to the front , you can hear the waves at night. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, all in working order. Thanks for a great stay!

I enjoyed that the property was close to Hearst Castle the and the sea lion cove and San Simeon parks and all the flowers were blooming and they allowed dogs and the picnic tables on the lawns and it was so quiet and you can walk to your choice of restaurants and mini marts and you can walk to the beach. I wish they had streaming ability for the TV maybe they can tell me how to get it from my phone and then it goes on the TV I don't know I forgot to ask but it was so quiet I just really enjoyed it.
