Technically it was a water view but it was the side inlet facing another building, so the water view was limited. We were able to see the cool fire department boats parked outside of our window though, "

"We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. They upgraded us because the room we booked was not ready yet. The hotel is safe and connects to the Prudential mall for shopping and more dining options. The staff and service were exemplary. We will definitely stay again."

"Had a good experience here except for parking. It took 40 minutes to leave the parking area I paid for because only one gate was working and they had to have an attendant releasing one car at a time. "

"Overall a great stay: reasonable price, clean, safe. it was very convenient to be able to run across the street to the grocery store and pick up food that you could cook right in your room. Parking can be a bit of a bear and the bed could be a little softer 💤. Would definitely stay again. "
