"The check in at the property went smoothly. However, the night before when I called to be sure we were all set and confirm the reservation by phone, I got re-routed to the wrong hotel out west somewhere. It took 2 tries to be connected to the actual location where we were to stay. It would be easier if you gave the Danvers Mass direct number on the site rather than a general phone number for ALL the properties. At the hotel, the room was fine but the bathroom was a bit rundown. The shower...
