The hotel was fine - it has been maintained well and updated since my last stay. Nice large room, well-insulated from runway noise. Automatic 2-star deduction because they added a $25 Destination Fee that was not included in the original price (though listed in the final tally). I know that other hotels do this, but that doesn't make it right. It's still deceptive.

As far as an 'airport hotel' goes, this is a great option with very easy access. The room was large and comfortable, and had all the nice details that you would expect from a Hyatt. I knocked two stars off because of the "bait and switch" pricing - the day before check-in, I was notified of a $25 per night 'Destination Fee". No reputable business should resort to such underhanded nonsense.

Absolutely loved the harbor view from our window, and the Boston skyline at night. I loved being next to Logan Airport watching the planes take off and land as well. It was relatively close to the Seaport area and the JFK Presidential Library. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

My colleague and I stayed here for a conference across the bay. Thankfully we were just a shuttle ride to the subway and could get there easily and find tons of dining options. The staff was super helpful and gracious and the hotel is quite lovely. If you love the subway like we do, this is a great option for staying affordable in Boston.
