"The staff made the stay 10 stars!! we were tired after a week traveling through the country + lost luggage by our ailine but they did anything they could to help, even offer a new suitcase for us to bring bag our newest items, made calls, helped find stores etc. Always with a smile. the staff get A++, + quiet, super clean and convenient. The llace is within a few blocks of the metro and downtown. "

Just back from a wonderful two-night stay in London and couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation. Location was absolutely key for us, and this place delivered in spades! Being just a stone's throw from a tube station made zipping around London to see all the sights incredibly easy and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and very tidy – a real pleasure to come back to after a busy day exploring. It was also surprisingly well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
