"Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location."

"The hotel didn’t have an area to grab a drink and relax. The piano bar should be open every day even if there’s no live music. The staff were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Centrally located so walkable to many areas and restaurants."

"Simple and accessible. Affordable. We even had a suite upgrade at no cost. Very central location. A quiet room and a comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all matters. We would return! "
