"This is a beautiful hotel with a luxurious lobby on the second floor. The staff was very welcoming and the valet helpful when we forgot something in our car. The hotel is very conveniently located to shopping on State St and Luke's Liobster City Market. (A casual, unassuming restaurant servung the most amazing lobster rolls, crab rolls, lobster busque and clam chowder.) When we checked out, we were reminded that we hadn't used our $20 food and beverage credit. We were allowed to take $20 worth of snacks for the road. "

"The staff was amazing, especially Enrique!! Victor and Beverly at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, always a hot shower, comfy in room robes, and a luxury bed! The location was super convenient - we walked everywhere. Valet parking was a bit pricey, but prompt and very efficient. Only small con would be better coffee in the room. "

"We did a Chicago “staycation” and had 2 rooms. The king room had a nice city view. The double had a view of a rooftop with equipment, so be aware that’s a possibility. The hotel is in a great location for shopping, theater, and museums with easy parking. Nice blue/gray/dark wood design scheme. Happy hour and breakfast included. We enjoyed our stay!"
