"Stayed in the two bedroom suite with two queens. It had a Jack and Jill style bathroom and overall felt spacious. Spotless sheets and super glad for the pet friendly stay with extra $20 pet fee. Loved having the separate bedroom for extra privacy. "

"The motel itself was great. The neighborhood it's located in was probably great years ago, but there are a lot of homeless people all over, even in the housing areas. It was not a problem, but you feel like you have to be on alert at all times. Our business was far away from all that. On a positive note the motel facilities were excellent. Pool, gym, and were largely unused by anybody, but we checked them out, and they were very clean and modern. "

"It was very nice. The staff were awesome, and attentive. The room and well kept and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning as well. Wish we could’ve stayed longer."

"EVERYTHING was Fantastic. Staff was superb. Particularly Kayla, my new best friend. And Meghan, bartender at the lounge, open Thurs-Sat nights. One of the best lobbies I've ever seen for looks, atmosphere, and ability to sit quietly. You could walk around the hotel for an hour; so much history. Wide range of dining options within. 02/mile. Easy parking, walking distance to many shops, museums, etc. And if you like fresh sushi, ask staff for directions to Co-op. Definitely check out the boardwalk and Dick Taylor Chocolate. I was on day 60 of a 90-day cross-country drive. I booked for 3 nights knowing I may (or may not) want to extend; I stayed 15 nights. And wish I could've stayed more. And I've never written this much about a hotel, but they deserve it."

"Easy and quick check-in with amenities explained. Clean room with slightly dated bathroom. Bar soap for sink and hanging refillable body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bath/shower combo (smells like coco butter). External facing rooms, pool in separate building, main lobby and breakfast in first building. Enough parking but not ideal for semi trucks, motorhomes or moving trucks. Near fast food and sit down diner. Just off highway 101, east to access. Appears to possibly have vagrant population, typical of Humboldt County."
