"We had a fantastic stay at The Hamptons. The family room D, located in the basement, was very large and spotless. It was bright, and airy with lovely blinds to close off from the road at night. "Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap."

"This was my first time in Brighton and I can’t believe it took me so long to visit this beautiful city. I went to support a friend for his first marathon. I stayed the weekend. "The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. " The hotel is nice and clean, with an excellent location—everything you need is close by, and there's a car park conveniently located right across the street. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and very welcoming, and the housekeeping was top-notch. I also appreciated the unlimited complimentary amenities. I’ll definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again. "

"Quite difficult to find the main entrance but apart from that enjoyed staying here. Had a great view of the marina from our room and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is well situated with a number of restaurants/cafes nearby and free parking in Brighton is very unusual! Only downside if you could call it that is it’s about 2 miles from the centre of Brighton. However I’d certainly recommend it."

Excellent stay

"Went with a friend for overnight stay in Brighton. The parking was easy (under the hotel); the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated at the edge of the Lanes, lots of good restaurants nearby, it is on the sea front so lovely walks along the Promenade. The pier is just over the road. The swimming pool is small. Breakfast is really good - complete with someone cooking fresh pancakes and omelettes. "
