"A very pleasant long weekend at North Lodge. Location is peaceful but well located, plenty of amenities nearby. The house is cute and full of character. The kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space with patio doors out to the pretty little garden with mature shrubs and seating area. The kitchen is very well appointed. The bathroom would benefit from a bin and unit/stand to put products/wash bags on when in the bath. A few hangers in both the double bedrooms would be handy. The beds are...

"Nice, clean and comfortable property. Every that you need is supplied. Mobile & WIFI can be a bit patchy due to rural location but not an issue for us. Local area was not good for dog walking due to the wet conditions over last few months and did not want to bring back a mucky dog. Nearby Lewes was a good town with choice of shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants. Nearby ‘Rainbow’ pub do an excellent Sunday carvery. "This is a lovely property in a beautiful and peaceful area, with plenty of space for our kids to play. It is a good base for a number of activities around the south coast, we visited Knockhatch Adventure Park, Worthing Beach and the Clip N Climb at Tonbridge with relative ease though you do need a vehicle to get to most places. Diane is a friendly host who replies quickly to any questions or issues, very grateful to her for letting us use the tennis court at short notice! Would definitely stay...

We had the unfortunate timing of being there during the on the Beach music festival which was directly across from the flat and as you can imagine the music was quite loud. Beware the washing machine as it is riddled with black mold and mildew rendering it unusable."
