It is a good base for a number of activities around the south coast, we visited Knockhatch Adventure Park, Worthing Beach and the Clip N Climb at Tonbridge with relative ease though you do need a vehicle to get to most places. We had the unfortunate timing of being there during the on the Beach music festival which was directly across from the flat and as you can imagine the music was quite loud. Beware the washing machine as it is riddled with black mold and mildew rendering it unusable."
