The property is a little dated but our room overlooked the sea and had a wonderful view. It was definitely worth what we paid for it. We loved that there is car parking too. A great spot to stay near the pier, beach and town centre!

Amazing staff and that makes the differences to staying somewhere. I’ve stayed at other hotels that charge more and the customer service or even security aspects weren’t there. I’m glad I chose to stay.

As i checked in sarah was very attentive to an elderly couple checking in before me , explaining all the dining options and bar facilities , with great personal , customer service skills . It made me smile , great staff , great Hotel , great prices , visit The Burlington .

Our first time at this hotel, although we come to Eastbourne regularly. We were given a free upgrade to sea view which made our 20th wedding anniversary very special. Our dog was made to feel welcome too and was allowed in all areas. We loved everything about this hotel. Yes the decor is a little rough in places but it adds to the Victorian feel of the old building. Highly recommended.

Overall we had a good stay ,location wise spot on , bed was clean and comfy rooms need an over hall re-paint lots of marks on walls , very creaky floors , shower needed a good clean and toilet continued to run water even after flushing . Breakfast was average for a 3 star hotel . The two ladies on reception were pleasant and informative 😊
