"The location around it is still under construction but there was nothing going on, on the weekend we stayed. Called up, got parking easily, access to the building, and in the apartment in minutes. Great apartment. Well layed out with everything you need in it. A few small parks around the car park area which were nice for my little ones. The only negative id say which is outside of the conpanies control is that every car that used the disabled bays werent disabled drivers. I think there was 8...

"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

"Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price."

"It is the perfect property for location and panoramic sea views. The apartment was tastefully furnished with comfortable beds. James was waiting for us at the apartment on our arrival and throughout the week was on hand if we had any queries. There was plenty to do and everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend the apartment and Brighton, especially if you are a food lover! Perfect!"

"We have chosen the olace due its good location in Brighton - very close to train station (5 mins) and close to all the things you need (groceries,restaurants, etc). "A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! "Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. "
