"A great hotel to stay in. One lift no working so some queues. Long wait in the bar for drinks, but given on the house as a result so made up for that error. Breakfast very good."

"A superb location very close to The Lanes & The Brighton Centre. We opted for a seaview room which was lovely with a king sized bed. The staff were very helpful & the bar & breakfast areas will designed & welcoming. "

"What a great stay we had, i had an enquiry just before we stayed and withing 30mins i got a call sorting everything, it was a clean and well kept room. A great price and very convenient location its definitely a great place to stay. Although right next to the train station you genuinely hear nothing and we slept so well. Thabk you so much."

"My stay was excellent, the staff were very professional and accommodating. My meal in the restaurant wad amazing, compliments to the chef. The front of house manager Nicholas Crittenden was fantastic he was very knowledge about the menu and selection of food I ordered he is a credit to your establishment. "

"Hotel is right on the seafront and an easy walk to Brighton Pier and the Lanes. There is no street parking nearby so we parked the car in Churchill Square carpark for 2 nights at our own cost. Our room was bright and spacious with a great view of the sea through a large bsy window. Breakfast was cooked to order. The bar area is pleasant and quiet. "The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150.
