"The Check-in process was simple and efficient. There was an additional Key Deposit required that was not communicated before hand. The Room was reasonable clean; however the trash bags were on the bedside table and not in the trash can, there was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. No new shampoo, conditioner, soap was provided. Parking was right in front of the cabin and was just for our cabin. The biggest inconvenience was that the coffee maker was broken. "I was told the owner showed up and moved us to a different home when I questioned the address.(which was at about 8pm the knight of check in) I paid for a home for my kids to be able to walk to the ski lift and for me not to drive them. Instead I was moved about 10-15 min drive distance. I was not charged the cleaning fee and feel it was not sufficient. I specifictly paid for the location and was not given an apology. "

"When i booked the lakeview rental i was address to house, but when we arrived the address given was for rental office. Found out the house i wanted for my family was not available and was given a house with no lakeview or access and was far from lake. Rental had no exterior lighting. So going up and down stairs outside was dangerous, asked to have lights looked at and no one ever showed up. Ruined my family vacation."
