"Very enjoyable and convenient to terminal for flight the next morning. Helpful and pleasant staff who had time for a little chat. We would have liked a biscuit in the room to have with our morning coffee. "

"I stayed here simply because it is close to the airport so I could get to the airport quickly next morning. Hotel is about 5-min by taxi from the LHR, just under 10 GBP. Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Room service was quick. Wished the menu had more selections though."

"A very clean and friendly hotel to stay in. You wouldn't even know that you are so close to the planes coming in. You could see them land from a balcony from the bar. The bed is very comfortable. The ride in the pod make this stay more fun."
