"We had such a lovely stay at L’Ermitage. I was traveling with my elderly mum and my son, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. From the friendly welcome at reception to the helpful valet team, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for the three of us to relax. Loved the separate changing area and two vanity areas - super spacious. Housekeeping was fantastic—everything was spotless and well cared for throughout our stay. Room service was a real treat too—fast and delicious. And the restaurant downstairs was excellent. We ended up dining there more than we planned because it was just that good. Loved the decor too. L’Ermitage really struck the perfect balance between quiet luxury and warmth. We felt truly looked after and can’t wait to come back"

"I have always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. It's location is perfect walking distance to Beverly Hills and Century City. The rooms are very comfortable. And the service, particularly after I checked in, was fantastic. I got a text asking if everything was to my liking and the one thing I wanted - a hot water kettle - I had within 10 minutes! One small thing - and this is totally subjective - the products they have smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke and something else. The something else is good, but I couldn't shake the cigarette smell."

"loved staying at this historic hotel! it was so cute inside, the front desk staff was awesome and helped deal with our lost luggage when we had to go to a lakers game. the hotel is right off of rodeo and beverly drive, and when we woke up early because of jet lagged the front desk girl recommend us places to go that were open as early as we were. highly recommend!
