"From the moment we arrived, the young gentleman greeted us with “welcome home” and that was the vibe of our entire stay! Everyone was so courteous and friendly without being “stuffy”. We were escorted to our room by Angelee who was so sweet. Our room was absolutely beautiful. From the personalized birthday cake, champagne, fruit tray to the monogrammed pillow shams; this beautifully appointed room took our breath away! Gary assisted us with our luggage and brought us extra water bottles. He was knowledgeable about the property’s amenities and gave us great recommendations. Every time we returned to the hotel, we were addressed by our name. This was a special occasion, my daughter’s 21st birthday and Everyone at the Peninsula truly went above and beyond! We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Belvedere and a delightful afternoon tea in the living room. Cannot wait for our next visit!"
