The facility itself is fine, but the parking situation is horrendous enough that I'd recommend against staying here if you plan on driving/renting a car during your stay.
The parking pass is purchased at the front desk during check-in, and AFTER YOU PAY, they'll explain that that every time you want to enter and exit the parking lot (lot is located across the street and attached to/run by another building), you must come to the front desk to get an access card, scan the card, retrieve your vehicle, then drive to the hotel and return the card to the front desk.
In addition, when you are entering/exiting during evening and early morning (possibly holidays as well), you must bring the key card and enter the parking lot through another building's lobby in order to get to or exit the parking lot.
The surrounding area doesn't have street parking available as well.
If you plan on driving, don't take my advice lightly. This parking situation wouldn't have been acceptable if it was free. Charging $40 was robbery.
I stayed for one night. If I had to endure this for multiple days, I would've elected to forfeit my nonrefundable reservation and book a different hotel entirely.
