"I have always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. It's location is perfect walking distance to Beverly Hills and Century City. The rooms are very comfortable. And the service, particularly after I checked in, was fantastic. I got a text asking if everything was to my liking and the one thing I wanted - a hot water kettle - I had within 10 minutes! One small thing - and this is totally subjective - the products they have smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke and something else. The something else is good, but I couldn't shake the cigarette smell."

"The Mayborne is a gorgeous luxury hotel. I love the decors and the cleanliness of our room and the linens. The garden area is a beautiful place to sit out and people watch whether you order food at the restaurant or not. We unfortunately only had time to try the breakfast one morning, and that breakfast was so meticulously prepared and beautifully presented and of course delicious. The hotel is so incredibly convenient to walk out to shops and restaurants. The valet is also very convenient if I want to take my car out to drive somewhere. This hotel served my family well on a short vacation. The only slight disappointment was that at check in it was not made clear to us that we had a daily breakfast credit, we thought the amount was one time so we missed out a bit. "

"The location is excellent. Classic old time Hollywood/LA hotel. It is not fancy, but it is classic. You can walk anywhere in Beverly Hills from there easily. You can drive anywhere in the entire valley easily. "
